If you spend any money on this game, this one thing is smart to buy. However I don't suggest you do that. This game uses scummy tactics to trick you out of resources you grinded like crazy for.I will change this review if the developers at least change the text box that says "release fish or be fined", so as to not outright lie to players when releasing the fish will result in a fine. It's a text box. It's lying to your players. Actually lying, to trick them into wasting resources. Fix it.. Love this game. Totally fun and hours of entertainment. :) Tons of videos on youtube to look up great info. look for swamp3r and kp_shamino.. i have had so much fun with this game i would certainly recomend it to anyone, the graphics are great, and the water ripples etc. are outstanding. you can almost feel the fish fight.. Great DLC love the heavy spinning gear.. Great package with two strong rods and reels, everything you need to catch those Salmon Rushdies. Great to use on the new Alaska lake which is a good lake btw, tonnes of fish to be had and with this pack you'll get your choice of which.. Out goes any pretense of sophistication\/finesse and in comes the Fishing Planet equivalent of seal clubbing. Buy it, absolutely, in game or as DLC, no issue if you are going to play a level playing field. Why the negative? There were gaps in the existing role call of rods. A 12kg spinning outfit, perhaps a 14kg one. A distance rod for the casting reels. One which actually reflects real life physics(see world casting records and the respective reels). All of which would have expanded on the current game meta and not thrown balance to the four winds. Will this step diminish the overall experience of Fishing Planet? How much forethought went into this addition? Does it limit further expansions? Does it reduce the level of adaptability or thought required to play the game 'succesfully', be that with personal or multiplayer goals? In game or as DLC, it's a backward but essential buy.GM
